Realty HR Partners is a Dubai HR and recruitment firm. We hire for real estate agencies in Dubai, and for customer service and hospitality employers in Slovakia.
Our Story
Dubai brokerages move fast. Agents join and leave, commission structures change, and every hire comes with MOHRE contracts, visas and RERA requirements. Most agencies don’t have an HR team to keep up with that.
We started Realty HR Partners to fill that gap: one partner who finds and screens agents, puts the right contracts and policies in place, and handles the government paperwork.
Now we’re bringing the same care to Slovakia, helping customer service and hospitality employers meet friendly, English-speaking talent from Dubai, interviewed in person and supported through their work permit documents.
